Let me quote from the announcement a few separate important bits...

It's OK for you to apologise and admit you were incorrect...
"it does not have a physical sale order as represented by a purchase order or similar"
No actual sales lined up, but manufacturing 200 units for more testing..
"will not provide material revenue"
No real shock there as they will be for testing, and companies don't pay if they are only going to test units..
"Once that process, together with the results from the field trials, have been concluded the Company will be able to consider its capital needs as part of the scale up process."
Now the company itself is admitting it will need capital for this.
There are a few people that have been trying to warn people about this being a poor investment, but of course we always get some company shills that don't want real investors to understand what is going on.
