What disciplinary action will be taken against the board and management for misleading and lying to investors and shareholders, to the extent of a capital raising being withdrawn. It seems beyond belief the company has not been placed into a trading halt until a full investigation is completed.
1. COMMENCED NEGOTIATIONS is very different to INITIATED CONTACT
2.Stating they have STARTED EXPLORATION on the ground ,and then having to withdraw that statement and say the company HAS NOT commenced any field work
3.Stating they have not completed the required testing to prove the technology is as they stated and have withdrawn that statement also.
