I have absolutely no idea how MTM has not been placed in a trading halt until a full investigation has been undertaken. This is not your local fish and chip store where you catch the cook giving you a piece of flake instead of a piece of barramundi. This is a ASX publicly listed company which is meant to be heavily regulated and have official regulations,guidelines and laws management are to follow and adhere too.There was not only one but multiple incorrect facts stated to shareholders and participants in the capital raising, which resulted in the raising being cancelled. Would be interesting to know who filled the complaint with ASIC and what further investigations and actions they are taking. What legal actions and avenues does this open for shareholders and potential investors.
