    @Dr Wolf yes the world is a bit cautious in investing at the moment. but the top 200 stocks have been recovering from the massive fall from December. When SL1 was drop from 3s to mid 2s, I was already averaging down. now I have no more free cash to buy more. I would as I have high conviction on this. all the small play stocks are just not performing and it seems like the directors are not trying to advertise or getting brokers to promote them, which is sad.
