It does look to me that the owners of this Company want it wound up somehow. I could be wrong as Gino hasn't offered a majority of his shares for sale yet as far as I know, perhaps this is meant to provide an exit for his old partner and Gino may intend to keep MTC as a going concern. It does provide him with an income from Directors fees, but his partner who he founded this Company with can no longer receive Directors fees owing to his bankruptcy I believe
