The whole spiel about the purchaser providing technical input into the pfs is complete and utter horsesh!t. A Chinese company with no in-country experience is going to help with permitting etc? Please. And they’ll do it out of the goodness of their heart as significant shareholders? More like MTC will pay them with money raised at 15c and they’ll pay local consultants to do it, which MTC should be more than capable of doing directly… or, you know, hire people with the technical skills to manage it.

These guys are as untrustworthy as they come. Always something going on in the background.
