I don’t understand why someone would pay the boss more than double for shares that they could have picked up on market, does Minerva owe these guys a favour for a matter unrelated to MTC? Is that even legal in a public company? I have seen at times when a company does a placement at a premium, but that benefits all shareholders. Very strange
