Yes but it takes a year to go down the voting to delist route, and if there are more than 150 shareholders remaining on the register after that, they then have to hold an independent vote without the involvement of controlling entity. It seems like a complex and drawn-out process, I doubt the buyers want to go there. People were scared that they'd delist due to a technicality such as only having 2 shareholders, but that obviously didn't eventuate. The currently uncertainty is capping the share price which is exactly what the potential buyers would want anyway, so I'm trying not to get too concerned about it
