    Agree Afterlife.

    Reading the first announcement I got the impression that we basically have the job and just needed to finalise the details. Reading the clarification announcement it now sounds like we are virtually submitting a proposal.

    This confusion and lack of clear communication is frustrating.

    I am positive on the direction of the company but this type of false start announcement isn't helping our cause.
