Give this wider context - ie the history of announcements from companies in this sector over the last few years - and it’s actually quite a unique announcement.

2) Clear, and
3) Is specifically worded to bring shareholders up to speed on the issues at hand

It carries tones of under promising too, which is pretty classic AGY. Sure, the original announcement didn’t contain the magic words that we were probably hoping for, but now we know why, AND we know that management has a clear pathway to releasing said magically worded statement in the near future.
