1. Comprehensive drill results on multiple holes (grades, impurity analysis etc.)
2. The samples have been to the lab and come back.
3. The results have been with the external consultant for many weeks.
They are waiting for the independent qualified expert to finish the report.
3 weeks ago AGY advised they expected JORC(1) by end of May.
We haven't received it yet, it could literally arrive any day, but they are in the hands of a third party.
Off-Take
They have been working on an off-take agreement for many months.
They appear to be in the final stages of negotiation.
They are no longer putting timelines on these items because posters here on HC cane them when they miss their estimated dates.
