Yes, he is an expert and knows everything - that's a problem, and he is the JV partner and the head engineer who gives away 90% of what he owns ($billion) by completing each stage? Can't you see a conflict of interest in that or something seriously wrong there? Maybe he is giving away something of no value in exchange for work that is worth millions of dollars to him?
