Thanks for you reply, I appreciate what you are saying about situations you cant see into. However, in this case management's actions do not cut the mustard for me. Because even if it was a benign reason for msd canning the agreement IMU have royally screwed their comms and are now facing, yet again, the SP consequences. Further, if they had since the 19th to prepare, that is so bad its hard to imagine. There are plenty of holders who have been dealt with similar types situations/announcements, and can see it for what it is. And if they say that they don't pay much mind to the SP, well how unbelievably irresponsible.
The only way they can save face right now for me is unveiling a deal that is behind this all. Otherwise they have a mountain to climb, so they better start climbing.
