With respect to the STRICT CONFIDENTIALITY COVENANTS of the agreement which signed in March 2022,
IMU has CONFIRMED the termination is NOT due to: the technology; clinical trial design, trial data as the study has not commenced (which I mentioned it yesterday) and safety. Which it has been wiped out all our concerns here hasn't it?
It is just the shorters trying to switch the downramping angles now as they never happy.
I do agree this clarification announcement should be seeking approval from MSD yesterday and to announce it all together.
