No way CellHeal deal not made without Board involvement. Ex-ante or ex-post, they need to address this executive oversight, its undeniably part of the their duty. We are wasting each others time here with obvious stuff, your time far better with other useful insight as displayed in the past. You know the Board is meant to serve the interest of all stakeholders including shareholders and hold executives to task in that sense. Its basic governance.
Absolutely first responsibility with the executive team, and they've erred twice recently with releases. Time for the Board to crack their indolent metaphorical whip on the poor business acumen displayed.
