Well, I had intended to write a long post speculating about a whole bunch of matters related to CellHeal, so glad I didn't waste time and space. If I understand correctly, it is a way for Osteopore to get money to allow for the expansion, without dilution? What had raised my concern was the fact that CellHeal 's business did not seem to align much with Osteopore's. In fact, there is an agreement (from memory , with a distributor named Kontour) for many of Osteopore's products in China . The agreement with CellHeal is for the dental products and the so far non-existent tendon and cartilage repair products. I had at first thought that $10m for the manufacturing facilities, etc would not go far,but the dental products probably need a very small facility, so probably appropriate.
The question I am left with is 'Should we investors be worried about this constant stream of irregularities?'
So far they have got away with everything- but will something more serious happen one day? Is this the way things are done in Asia?
