Would it be worth writing to Michael Keenan and suggesting that he is (or should be) the grownup there (not quite in those words of course), and he should make it his business as a director to ensure that things are done properly? I have more time than most, so could do it, if I can think of the best way to phrase it. Would one send it to him C/O Sana?
I guess one could write to Mark Leong, and say that this series of faux pas will not endear the company to institutional investors, and might get them into real trouble one day. Probably a waste of time, though I would have the sense of doing something.
