I guess one could write to Mark Leong, and say that this series of faux pas will not endear the company to institutional investors, and might get them into real trouble one day. Probably a waste of time, though I would have the sense of doing something.

I don't think its worth the effort to addressing MK - he's a non exec director with no equity interest. That only means his compensation structure will be linked to partnership agreements he generates, based on that I don't think he'd care.

Would be worth addressing that to the new CEO - he seems young and driven. If I get a reply about them coming to Sydney, I will them address it in person.
