It is good to know that overwhelming majority of their doctors have a non competition clause in contracts. Pity that these 5 felt the need to leave and form their own group. Need to ensure non competition clauses are in place for any other doctors put on. Such a large drop may well be a little over the top. Does say 4m revenue lost and maybe 2m profit warrant a 26 % share price drop?
I know a few doctors ( my wifes a theatre nurse) and they sometimes are not the most business savvy , so no guarantees that this group will be successful in their new venture.
