I forgot about ELF for long suffering holders of AUL.
Basically the way the Loan structure worked was to extend options I purchased for .001 . They somehow underwrote $14m of loans and as a result the company has been able to mitigate capital raisings as over $5m has been given to the said company I will not mention.
Its a better option than directors buying the stock that they have to one day sell off..
