Ok - every ones watching the footy but I have kept digging (pardon the pun) ABY from their website have an update on their mineral resource & mining reserve dated 31st March 2016 which appears to be the one MLX have presented - I then kept reading down and was wandering why grade was lower in the last 1/4 and why the previous 1/4 was lower than the rolling 12 month and found this note in their last 1/4 dated 30 June 2016 on page 3:
"....Lower ore grade averaging at 1.98% during the quarter as compared to 2.12% in the March quarter. Planned higher grade stopes could not be mined during the quarter due to geotechnical reasons...."
That may or may not be an ongoing issue but then I found this also on page 3 and thought who would be on the hook for this?:
"....A Prosecution Notice was received from the State Solicitor’s Office charging gross negligence with regard to a fatal accident that occurred at Nifty in May 2015. The Company has initiated a Pre-trial plea bargain with the Prosecutors to downgrade the charges. The next Court hearing date is 8 August 2016....."
