Although I agree the substance with respect to certainty of pricing, volumes and financial implications are minimal, Saputo Inc. is a global company worth not far off $14bn (AUD) and is one of the top dairy processors in the world - so we can’t really complain about the reputation of the counterparty that we’ve managed to enter into negotiations with.
Good start but I agree we want to get detail on the capacity of this facility and potential pricing / margins ASAP. Hopefully this share purchase plan gives the holders who have suffered through the last few months an opportunity to buy the shares which look to be re-rated upwards shortly at a discounted price for the trouble!
