    I have posted before... been watching this for months.

    Not sure why my comment was moderated, seems like a major oversight (failure/shortcoming) to not have confirmed that the funds were not paid back to MNS before declaring that they had been. Irrespective of whether or not they had head back from IM3NY or Riverstone....

    $5m USD isnt exactly chump change
