I was thinking the same, it's like they didn't get the reaction they thought they deserved with the initial announcement, so added clarity assuming we/some people don't understand the magnitued of the deal. Anyway no complaints about the rise and happy to see them just getting on with business but it's not necessary to satisfy short term traders.
