The reporting of Exploration Targets are based upon limited drill information and geological interpretation. With further drilling and work, it would be likely to be expected that the outcome should fit within the ranges specified from the exploration target. It is allowed under the JORC Code and has to be done by a Competent Person.
So reporting of exploration targets, need to be "from" and "to" for, Resource Tonnes, Metal Grade and Contained Metal Ounces/Tonnes, so range of all those parameters.
What Ampella did, was have some of the tonnage columns blank, and also had some as volumes and not as tonnes, plus didn't specify ranges??....so totally non compliant in reporting of "Exploration Targets".
