re: Ann: Clarification of Joint Venture & Deb... I'm trying to understand the link between the TH/clarification ann we've just had and the new Chairman appt being announced at the same time.
Was it just a coincidence that the new Chairman appt was resolved at the same time PLV was required or felt compelled to go into a TH to clarify the JV situation? Surely not?
