re: Ann: Clarification of Joint Venture & Deb... This document SHOULD have been issued when PLV last came out of a trading halt, after the accounts debacle.
It should have been attached/incorporated into the accounts.
There is nothing pathetic about ASX enforcing this release, if in fact they did.
