    Totally agree. But it is also more than that.
    It is an early warning that the Wise/PLV JV still has potential to be rescinded. Somebody, a likely third party, is not signing documents. GNR probably waiting until end of August before they confirm the re-direction of $19million or before they make a move of their own.
