Get back to some functional exploration too, back to Omnigeox days - Peter Langworthy and Richard Pugh.
PL can't come back as he is now the MD of Gateway Mining/GML, but the company (with a functional and functioning Board) could reinstate Omni as its main geo team, as a consultant. Get RP back.
Get geos off the Board; Get geo's partners off the Board. Too many geos spoils the direction.
