Eddie: I agreed with your post... Also everyone forgot about how Lynas has stopped SMSL back in 2012.. I mentioned before Lynas stopped this group at the court and the licence was granted.. In my opinion as many in this forum mentioned.. Lynas need to take legal action.. around the world in many countries the law and rules is working.. someone may contradict me but in this sanario will work, it has worked and can work again only if Lynas follow the same rules (Regulations) and not doubt LYC has been doing.
The rest will come back to normal business but I agreed with other people that Lynas has to be more agresive in accordance with MALY & international law and regulation
On Monday perhaps the SP will improve due the announcement which has clarifies a few things.. also a few people want details of how business is in place.. I believe that cant be done because business has restriction to declare everything
