Take a leaf out of the Chinese book. Find some shallow international water. Dump the LAMP waste there and build an Island. Call it Lynas Island and declare it a new country. Set up a tax haven; duty free shopping. Free accomodation for Lynas shareholders. International airport. Become another Dubai. I joke of course, but lateral thinking brings opportunities.
