Just because we have a new stand in CEO...the same Board exists and they are presumably pulling the strings?
This announcment means nothing.
Other than to possibly tell Hess publicly that the terms it has offered are unacceptable.
Why you would do that is beyond me. Superhards comments I agree with...and that being the case, you would have to be concerned, because you would think that if there are other potential farm in/JV partners, that CTP would have their telephone number and call them personally.
