APG (ASX) Ann: Clarification of Mr Iles Role

I have complained to both ASIC and ASX about this company. Below is the text of a reply I received two weeks ago from the ASX which I think says it all. It seems the ASX is happy to allow APG to avoid answering it's questions for as long as the company wants and the regulators have no interest in bringing the matter to a conclusion. I wonder how many years it will be before the apparent appeal to the Federal Court is heard, APG haven't said yet that the appeal has been lodged, only that they are going to do it. (for privacy reasons, I have deleted the name/position of the ASX officer).

ASX refers to your emails dated 7 October 2021 and 19 November 2021 expressing concern about APG’s announcements to the market, its alleged failure to comply with certain Listing Rules and APG being currently suspended from trading on ASX since 17 June 2021.

These types of communications are an important source of intelligence for ASX in performing its role of monitoring and enforcing compliance with the Listing Rules. ASX notes that the reasons for APG’s suspension from trading have been disclosed to the market and APG will remain suspended pending resolution to ASX’s satisfaction of the issues raised. We also note that due to confidentiality, ASX is not at liberty to disclose any further information regarding APG’s compliance with the Listing Rules and the matters raised in your email other than by way of a relevant market release at the appropriate time on the ASX Markets Announcements Platform.
