I also made the assumption that any running cost (excluding royalties) could be offset by profit generated from non gas products such a solids and liquid that re not transported by the pipeline. But the royalties are not significant till post payout.

. Also read that a sizable percentage of profit was non non gas products. so offsetting cost seems reasonable to me.
