Whilst I am not saying it is within the same degree of severity, take a look at the corrective announcement that Vulcan made in 28 October last year about shortselling and then this ensuing action and apology from J.Capital relating to a dodgy report full of falsehoods.
The sharemarket is a difficult enough place to navigate as it is, it certainly doesn't need an additional layer of BS.
