He continues on his $400k salary, plus millions of shares- to play what imo is just a coordinator role.
He has Peter May running the trials, Roger doing the routine accounts, the MTA's are run by the testing companies. He botched the Capital Raise. There is a Board and management team of 8, yes 8, for a pre revenue - R&D type company. We have seen a continual sell down by many large investors since ipo.
What ever happened to Catherine Hill who started the mosquito trials over 2 years ago and was supposed to be connected to Gates foundation, and other NGOs? Silence.
It's been circa 4 years since IPO and imo Richard has completely over promised and under performed - e.g what happened to the public health deal he alluded to about 3 years ago? No wonder he couldn't get onto the RACV board - they probably had a look at the BGT performance.

Enough of complaining about Richard -well done to him getting a cruisy gig. He has been paid almost $1.6m in total salary since ipo. Plus millions of shares. And he was only working part time for most of it.
It's time his boss, Mr Klupacs (Chairman) stands up and takes responsibility for the companies poor performance.
The May 21 presentation is loaded with deliverable in Q3. That gives them 8 weeks to deliver a lot.
Other wise US SHAREHOLDERS need to vote the non performing people off the board at the next AGM -which imo may include - Richard and Robert.
Nobody is irreplaceable.
