Take a fox out of the hen house and it is NOT the same hen house.
Replace a director that has destroyed value (selling into a declining market without an accompanying explanation to go out with the 3Y to mitigate the foreseeable fear the 3Y alone creates) with an empty chair and it is not the same board. The empty chair is comparatively more valuable because it doesn't destroy shareholder value.
