    The ASX regularly contacts listed companies that announce MOUs and other deals. In PARKD's case we have a 'minnow' negotiating a deal with a 'unicorn', in this case, BlueScope.

    I assume the ASX has requested a clarification. In my view the clarification neither materially adds to - nor detracts from - the content of the original announcement.
