    I distill it down to a simple timeline:

    Novogen and no Kelly
    Novogen + Kelly
    Novogen + Kelly + money
    Novogen + money and no Kelly

    The annual report makes the most meagre mention of Kelly possible.
    Whatever the ins & outs of the departure, without Kelly there would be no Novogen.
    Kelly wanted a big long term play.
    These guys want the money sooner, not later.
