I agree, those selling yesterday at 14.5c would be rightfully upset. With the dividend part potentially being fully franked, depending on the class ruling (capital plus dividend), the potential for some of our shareholders to receive a better return is lost if they sold (low taxable income and SMSF's). All adds to the theory that this all happened very quickly.
If they were in control of the process, they would have been prepared and had a better use for proceeds IMO or at least had the buyback fully sorted. It is a bit of a circus IMO.
