Very honourable to forfeit directors fees but if there’s nothing there then there’s no choice anyway. And then they issue millions more shares to themselves at a depressed price in lieu of fees because they haven’t done anything. It is becoming more and more obvious that he doesn’t have the contacts to kickstart this again. I remember a couple of years ago there was a HC member that offered him a couple of hundred thousand dollars (for shares) to buy fuel to get this moving and it was rejected.
Bet he wished that crossed his table again. Let’s not forget the dirty tactics of issuing new shares to a friendly party the day before there was a vote on overthrowing the current team a couple of years back.
