what happens if our largest holder Goward is Struck off ?

ASIC notice received 2 days ago 19th August 2020 strike off in progress !

I know that he’s been here before but if it happens what happens to his ability to be the number 1 holder ? As the shares are owned by Goward not Tracey ! Any and all clarification on this would be great ?
