How can you possibly know RoD will be better?
If RoD was viable why didnt they get stuck in when their mining of the richest parts of McNallys couldnt support finding replacenent ounces or exploration of regional sites or being cash flow positive.
So many straws being grasped, I believe they need to raise $5-10 mil to have even a remote chance of success as a combined entity.
