I wonder if DGR will be aiming to get the AJQ assets if the farm in does not proceed? This reads like AJQ clarifying a legal point that the loan does not entitle DGR to have rights to the tenements held. I am no lawyer so it's hard to see what is behind this and the timing is weird.
