You do realise don't you that Morgan Stanley is the Co-lead manager of the IPO.
I doubt they would slap a 'sell' on a stock they IPO'ed. It would be very bad for future business.
So they retain their 'overweight', reduce the price target (safe to do so now), and provide a 2h22 growth rate of 33% (which can be pulled back without reputational risk).
