Yes its good to go through the IPO, because its a legal document, there is plenty of information that has to be declared and can't be 'glossed' over.
Did anyone notice:
a) The historical proformas
b) The proforma forecast period is only six months, such a short period. A company that has true future visibility will issue a pro-forma forecast one to two years into the future. A short proforma forecast is because their is potential legal liability in issuing pro-forma forecasts in an IPO document.
