What's not to like about the deal? I guess you got to pick one of the 7 to deal with, and I don't think it was 'exclusive'. Part of me likes that they are entering markets with 'limited' licences. It did well for Ilera sold to TerrAscend who I saw this week needed to take on a bit of debt so that they could complete the payment of the earn out to the ilera team - comment was that Ilera exceeds and continues to drive good growth in their portfoilo.
We write a contract and give them the Zelira secret receipt and they do all the hard work and we clip the ticket.
