The most frustrating thing about all this is that the directors surely KNOW that the reason for the massive discount to NTA is because of the lack of confidence the market has in these convoluted related arrangements yet they just keep shoveling them at us hand over fist.
I'm a really really unsophisticated investor but why on earth can't they just make money...normally??? It really smells...
