That's not at all what I thought the original announcement meant. It did actually say the consideration was a commitment to trade exclusively via JB Trading House, but the mention of the $13.5mil value muddied the waters a little.
But while it sounds impressive, if they're going to include that $13.5mil value in BHD's NTA, isn't it really just another way to boost NTA numbers hugely under the assumption that the convertible note will be repaid in a concrete form ... and send some performance fees JBL's way in the interrim?
That's not at all what I thought the original announcement...
