We already know what the prospective deal is. We just don't know who the buyer is or whether the deal is certain. But let's say that we know the buyer and it becomes certain.... why would that take us to 30 or more cents I wonder? It's a deal but definitely not amazing or above the most standard expectation that I had. We all knew a deal was coming and the market hasn't reacted like it's something special and I doubt more certainty on the very same deal will change that more than a few cents (unfortunately- my own buy in price is over 60 cents). What's driving everyone to the high SP predictions exactly? Derisking is good but we've lost a lot of our best asset and still have debt.
